Return or exchange
Within 15 Days - You must return your product within 15 days of the product being purchased:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and the packaging must be intact. (You'd better take a picture and send it to customer service to prove them. )

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any items with damaged original packaging
Any items that has been used
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
After the warehouse receives the returned product, customer service will contact the customer and arrange a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 3 days.
If your order was paid online, then the refund will be returned to the original place;
If your order was cash on delivery, then we will refund via PayPal. (You need to provide your paypal account)
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the order package contains gifts, you need to send the gifts back together with the products for returns.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact our customer service to confirm the method of return or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
